At the age of 27 I felt my life needed a change of direction and I decided to retrain in beauty therapy. From this my interest of complementary therapies grew and I continued my education learning Swedish Massage, No Hands® Massage, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candles, Crystal Therapy and Daoyin Tao®.

Since my original training in 1998 I have felt it important to continue the advancement of my personal and professional development with annual refresher courses to keep up to date with new techniques, new products and also learning new skills. Recently introducing Reflexology and Hydrotherm Massage to the therapies I offer.

I was lucky to be able to give something back by being a volunteer at the local hospice in 2004. I then worked as a volunteer therapist abroad in 2005/6. This was a 2 week period each year working with the charity Healing Hands. We offered complementary therapies to war victims in Sarajevo, Bosnia. This was an amazing, eye-opening, humbling and fulfilling experience.

Over the last 12 years I have had an amazing journey. This journey continues with an exciting move to new premises in January 2011 offering treatments in a luxurious, warm and caring environment.
